The biggest thing that can cause stress to college students, FINALS.
They're a pain to study and cram for, but they mean the end is near! Not the end of the world...well, maybe for some...but I meant the end of the semester. Whether you're graduating or just getting another semester over with, you can't wait for them to be over with.
If you're in a major that has math, science, writing, or any major really, I'm praying for you. Praying for myself too. We're all going to need some help from the big guy to get through this week....and coffee or energy drinks.
Why were finals even invented? I mean, majority of us either didn't show up to class half the time or if we did, were we really paying attention? I don't know about you, but I'm an advertising major so unless I want to leave college with zero knowledge on how to write for the press or edit a video, then I'm paying attention.
It's pretty fun. I can become a YouTube star if I wanted to because I learned how to edit video in my class. I probably won't though because I'm too lazy. Wait, we were talking about something else right?
Oh yeah, finals! Sorry, this darn ADHD does that to me.
Oh God, ADHD and finals. Don't even get me started. Who's got the caffeine? Anyone? I can't concentrate!
What is sleep? Has anyone heard of it because I sure haven't, at least, not for the last week I haven't..
Oh hey, I found the definition! Here's what Google said:
"A condition of body and mind such as that which typically recurs for several hours every night, in which the nervous system is relatively inactive, the eyes closed, the postural muscles relaxed, and consciousness practically suspended."
Soooo..... eyes closed, several hours every night, muscles relaxed. Got it.
Yeah, I'm not getting any of that. Are you?
